1. About Your Mirror

Your Mirror is a personal reflection service designed to help you notice and record your own reactions, feelings and patterns.

It is intended for personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

Your Mirror is intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

By using or purchasing Your Mirror, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Mirror is not directed at, and should not be used by, children.

3. A$2 First Month

The A$2 payment covers your first month of the selected Mirror.

Your first month begins when that Mirror actually launches, not on the date you make the A$2 payment.

Planned launch: 29 Sep 2026.

If the selected Mirror launches earlier, we will notify you.

Your first month will begin on the actual launch date.

The first A$4.99 recurring subscription payment will be due one calendar month after the actual launch date.

4. If Launch Is Delayed

If the selected Mirror is not launched by 29 Sep 2026, you may choose:

• a full A$2 refund; or
• to keep your reservation active until 13 Oct 2026.

If you do not reply, your reservation will remain active automatically until 13 Oct 2026.

You may still cancel at any time before launch for a full A$2 refund.

If the selected Mirror has still not launched by 13 Oct 2026, your A$2 will be refunded in full.

5. Subscription

After the A$2-covered first month, the selected Mirror automatically renews at A$4.99 per month until cancelled.

Each Mirror is a separate subscription.

Cancelling one Mirror does not cancel another Mirror.

You may cancel before your next renewal to prevent another subscription charge.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may request cancellation or a refund by emailing:

A Manage subscription / Request refund option may also be provided within Your Mirror where available.

Please use the email address associated with your payment or account so we can identify the correct subscription.

Before launch:
Cancelling results in a full A$2 refund.

After launch:
Cancelling stops future renewals.

Unless a refund is required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you retain access until that date.

7. Your Content

You remain responsible for the information and reflections you choose to enter into Your Mirror.

Please avoid entering unnecessary identifying or highly sensitive information about children or other people.

8. Service Availability

Your Mirror is currently offered to customers in:

• Australia
• United States
• United Kingdom
• Canada
• New Zealand

Your Mirror is operated from Australia.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Your bank, card provider or payment service may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.

We may improve, update or change Your Mirror over time.

If a material change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

10. Privacy

Your use of Your Mirror is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or jurisdiction.

Your Mirror respects your privacy and aims to collect only the information reasonably needed to provide the service.

Your Mirror is intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use Your Mirror, we may collect:

• your email address
• account or subscription information
• reflections and responses you choose to save
• customer-support messages
• basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service
• payment and transaction information provided through our payment provider

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you create or use an account, enter or save a reflection, subscribe, or contact us.

Some basic technical information may be collected automatically when reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve Your Mirror.

3. Payments

Payments are processed using Stripe.

Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices.

Your Mirror does not intentionally store your full payment-card details on its own systems.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to provide and operate Your Mirror, save and display your reflections, manage subscriptions, send launch/payment/service emails, provide support, maintain security, improve the service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

5. Service Providers, Analytics and Overseas Processing

We may use service providers reasonably necessary to operate Your Mirror, including Stripe for payment processing, Vercel and other hosting or technical providers, Google or other email/service providers, and Meta or other analytics or advertising providers.

Some providers and their subprocessors may store, access or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where those providers or subprocessors operate.

Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is handled consistently with applicable privacy obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Meta Pixel and Private Mirror Content

Your Mirror may use Meta Pixel or similar advertising measurement tools for limited website or product events.

We do not intentionally send private Mirror reflections, free text, feelings, child information, relationship answers, diet responses, or the content of your personal Mirror entries to Meta Pixel.

7. Information About Children and Other People

Your Mirror is designed for adults reflecting on their own experiences.

Please avoid entering names or other identifying or highly sensitive information about children or other people unless genuinely necessary.

8. Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal and operational requirements.

9. Cancellation and Deletion of Your Data

After your subscription ends, we may retain your account information and reflections for up to 5 days in case you change your mind.

After 5 days, that account information and reflection data will be deleted or de-identified unless particular information must be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, security or other legitimate operational reasons.

You may request deletion earlier by contacting us.

10. Access, Correction or Deletion

You may contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable.

5. Cancelling After Launch

After the A$2-covered first month, the selected Mirror automatically renews at A$4.99 per month until cancelled.

After launch, cancellation stops future renewals.

6. Refunds After Launch

Ordinary change-of-mind refunds after launch are generally not provided.

This does not exclude, restrict or modify any refund, cancellation, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
